Creating a listing takes about 5 minutes. Add photos, write a short description, set your price per day and your availability. We'll suggest a price based on similar plots nearby.
Accept bookings
Review booking requests and approve the ones you want, or turn on Instant Book so guests can reserve without waiting. You always stay in control of who uses your land and when.
Get paid
Plottr processes payment securely via Stripe and pays you out automatically. We take a 10% commission from your payout — that's it. No listing fees, no subscription, no hidden charges.

Common questions
Is there a fee to list on Plottr?
No. Listing is completely free. Plottr takes a 10% commission from your payout when a booking completes — nothing until you earn.
Do I need to own the land to list it?
You need the legal right to hire it out — whether that's ownership, a tenancy agreement, or written permission from the landowner. Plottr doesn't verify ownership, but it's your responsibility to ensure you have the right.
What if a guest cancels?
Guests cancelling 7 or more days before their booking receive a full refund. Cancellations within 2–6 days receive a 50% refund. Within 48 hours, no refund is issued. See our full Terms for details.
How do I get paid as a host?
Plottr processes all payments via Stripe and pays hosts out directly to their bank account after a booking is confirmed. The Plottr commission (10%) is deducted automatically.
Is Plottr only for camping?
Not at all. Plottr is for any private outdoor land — camping, glamping, events, weddings, filming, photography, storage, allotments, wellness retreats, and more.
Do I need insurance as a host?
We strongly recommend having public liability insurance in place before accepting bookings. Plottr does not provide insurance. Some policies designed for farm diversification or land hire are available through specialist UK insurers.
